We’ve invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment, including CNC, laser cutting, cobot welding and Siegmund fixture tables. New levels of precision and speed for more rapid prototyping and more exacting mass fabricating of sheet, wire and tube metals and other materials.

With expertise in Solidworks, Autodesk, AutoPOL, and CADMAN software, our Design & Engineering Services team can turn your concepts into prototype and end-product 3D models and engineering drawings ready for production.

Our almost three decades of experience in the business, coupled with investments in automation, just-in-time production and an upgraded ERP system mean we have a very good handle on production analysis and costs. We're investing continuously in shopfloor automation and upgrades and state-of-the-art equipment. Most notably, Siegmund fixture tables, ESAB welding cobotics, SafanDarley and Baykal press brakes and a LVD 6-kW automated fibre laser. Couple this with ongoing skills training and ERP data management, and we deliver the highest quality end product, on spec, on time and most cost effectively.
